Shipping Policy

South Africa (Domestic) Transport

We ship through varius courier services. Delivery Times are usually from 3-7 working days but may vary. Rural and remote areas may attract longer transport times and additional fees but we make every effort to ensure we provide the fastest delivery times possible. We do not ship internationally.
 

 

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mountsnow.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will organise the transport of the returned items provided the product is available for collection on time and accessable to the courier service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Privacy Policy

All images and design on our website is the sole property of Mount Snow confectionery. You may not copy or reproduce any of the content on this website without prior written consent. We only collect the personal information that we need to contact our customers to do bank tranfers for our product and deliver our product to the correct address. We do not give your information to third party companies.
